  • Applicants use the Concord Friends of the Aging Grant Request Form (below)
  • Submitted grant requests are considered by the Concord Friends of the Aging Board of Directors for approval or denial

Concord Friends of the Aging grant award restrictions:

  • Concord Friends of the Aging does not make open donations or contributions
  • Concord Friends of the Aging does not provide budgets to funding requesters
